Ivey Ranch Summer Camp 2025

Ivey Ranch Park is offering the chance to be with horses in a variety of ways this summer. Learn safety, handling, grooming, tacking and riding. Additional instruction in ground-training, vaulting, humane education, feeding, basic veterinary care, housing, and daily care of horses is also part of each week.

Thank for your interest in our summer horse camp. Camp will be held June 30 - July 25, 2025: 4 - 1week sessions from 9AM to 12PM, Monday - Friday (except for the week of 6/30, which will have no camp on Friday, 7/4/2025. The cost breakdown is noted below.

Ages: 7 years to 17 years of age

Enrollment is limited to 18 children a week and the children are divided into age and ability appropriate groups - typically: 7-10 years of age, 11-13 years of age, & 14-17 years of age. The curriculum consists of a rotation through horseback riding, ground training, vaulting, and humane education. Please have your child bring a refillable water bottle and snacks for the breaks they will have between activity rotations.

Camp Fee (including deposit) is $300 per week (except for Session 1). A non-refundable deposit of $150 per week, per child, must be received with all of the paperwork to ensure your child's reservation. If not paid in full upon enrollment, the balance is due by June 13th. A late fee of $25 will be applied after 6/13/24, however your child's spot may be forfeited if there is another participant available to take the spot.

There is a 10% "sibling" discount for the second, third, and fourth enrollee. After you choose a camp session, and if you are paying in full, you will need to pick one of the "Bundle" options that applies in order to receive the discount. The sibling discount will already be factored into that "Bundle". If you are opting to pay the deposit only and you have more than one child attending camp the sibling discount will be deducted from your balance due.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis - the criteria being paperwork and payment is received by us with the request for the week(s) you wish to enroll. Your canceled check is your receipt. A welcome e-mail will be sent the week prior to your child's attendance with pertinent drop-off/ pick up and show information.

Additionally, if your child has a diagnosis and/or special needs, please have your doctor complete a Physician's Consent form. Once we receive the Physician's Consent form we will schedule an evaluation lesson to determine if camp will be a good option for your child.


If your child attended camp last year and has a diagnosis, you will need to complete the Participant Annual Update 2025 AND a Physician Annual Update 2025 for this year’s camp registration
